Join safety
Open Join safety in your server.
Join safety scores a connect. A missing identifier adds score.
NyruAC rejects the join only when the total reaches the block score. Warn and block are separate.
Defaults before load are warn 20 and block 100. An empty allowed-country list does not restrict by country.
Country codes are two letters. This is connect policy, not the ban list.
Testing mode logs join safety hits. Testing mode does not punish those hits. Staff bans still apply.
